Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by the serene atmosphere of this property, located next to a classified forest, in the calm of a dead-end street. Close to the village centre and just a few steps from one of the island's most beautiful beaches, the Estate enjoys an ideal location to fully enjoy your holidays.
- Included in the price: bed linen, an intermediate cleaning during your week's rental, change of linen every 7 days.
An adult bicycle is also provided upon arrival, with assistance throughout the island in case of breakdown. (Children's bikes and electric bikes available at an additional cost on request)
Covering an area of approximately 400m², this single-storey villa offers generous living space, both indoors and outdoors. The numerous outdoor terraces, garden relaxation areas and the vast 1900m² wooded grounds invite you to savour every moment in the open air.
Relaxation enthusiasts will be delighted by the heated pool and spa that can accommodate up to 6 people, while gourmets will appreciate the two barbecues and the plancha for convivial meals. The boat-shaped terrace, with its barbecue in place of a fireplace, adds an original touch to your Ré evenings.
You will also find artistic touches both outside the Foulquier villa with its large tree-lined and flowering avenues, its mosaic pool, and inside with its terracotta floor in the large living/dining room. Great accomodation. It was perfect to host the entire family. A quiet and peaceful place in the center of the village and next to private wood. We will come back for sure!
